First cold

You have a dry cough and I think it hurts your throat to cough at night. Poor babes! It's horrible to hear you cough so hard almost to the point of retching and watch your face turn red. I try to convince you to swallow some honey but you decline intensely as though it's poison. You had your second COVID-19 test of 2021 today and you took it like a champ. The soother helped you stay calm, I think. 

Yesterday we went to Canadian Tire and you ran up and down the long aisles and had yourself a blast. The cough wasn't as severe then. At one point you picked up a small plastic watering can in the shape of a yellow duck and in total Aida fashion screamed out, I have a duck!! after you greeted a stranger.
