As we rocked in your rocking chair just before bed - did Liz from daycare treat you to an espresso shot today?? cause you were wildly energetic this evening - you started singing that ol standby, If you're happy and you know it. Only you modded the words: if you're happy and you know it, say you're sad. Then you looked at me with an impy glint in your eye, and I hammed it up with some fake crying. Then it was, say you're mad, and I pouted and stomped my foot. And then you ended with either sneezing or yawning... we sang different versions a bunch of times.... 

You go to bed about an hour later than I'd like but hey, you seem rested enough and it's so nice spending the evening together.
