Diaper journey

This morning you decided against putting on a diaper before going to Leidy's daycare for the day. It was a small big decision. No diaper to bed tonight, either! You are changing way too fast and I'm struggling mentally to help up (and physically too, who am I kidding). Not buying any more diapers is a milestone I welcome. Your body is maturing and as it does you become more defined, more separate from me. I guess that's normal, and it feels like a positive step forward for your development. But I will always yearn for the feel of you, a wee babe cradled in my arms. So warm, so soft and sleepy. So much love. ❤️
