Snowy Sunday

We had plans to visit the Science and Tech Museum with Jay and Kai today, but the snow put me off. It was snowing at 8 when we got up and it continued all day. A slow storm. 

You and I stayed in and had fun all day. We painted hearts with faces -you're so interested in emotions. We folded laundry. Played with dolls and stuffies and read books. Listened to We're Going on Monster / Dragon / Yeti Hunt over and over. Made pizza for dinner and you slyly ate the sliced olives off before baking! You're small but fast and miss no openings.

You regularly make up stories now about a big red spider under your bed, or a t-rex that tried to steal you away at night. I'm not sure where that comes from.
